A Podcast of Ice and Fire is your audible source for everything in the world of George R.R. Martin's A Song of Ice and Fire book series. Our podcast is a ridiculous, fun amalgamation of series news, theories, discussion, and opinions, as well as dedicated reviews of HBO's Game of Thrones episodes. Warning: podcast episodes contain spoilers for all published ASOIAF books, explicit content on par with the series content, and constant references to creaking doors.

Customer Reviews

A really fun podcast for George RR Martin fans.

I am really enjoying this podcast. Likeable hosts and in depth conversations about a great series. The group has some naturally funny individuals. As the podcast goes on you see the show really come together (the first podcasts are enjoyable, but they get much better as they go on). Highly recommended to all A Song of Ice and Fire fans! If you haven't tried the series, the books are available on Itunes.

Frickin great

My uncle told me about this series and how great it was so i bought the first book and was hooked. then a couple months later he told me about a podcast that was based on the books and that it was good. I decided to try it and have been hooked on it since the past couple weeks. I just hope they make some more episodes...

Simultaneously Dreadful and Awesome

Like the series, there's really no point listening if you don't start at the beginning. Like most great TV series, the "first season" is a slog. If you do what I did, and listen through the back catalog of meandering semi-pointless episodes while you're doing something fantastically boring (like working, or piloting your automobile) then you'll be set off for the big payoff - a group of funny people indulging in nerdrage and passing around a dozen inside jokes. It's a podcast for serious ASOIAF fans who aren't interested in being serious, but ARE interested in a good dick joke.
