Customer Reviews

Awesome Podcast!!

A health nuts favorite podcast

I have yet to find a podcast that entertains me while enlightens me(to all things science, spirit, and wellness related)as well as Christina’s.
I appreciate her journalistic approach; mining and uncovering the gems of knowledge from each guest so that her audience can get a full understanding of the topic.
I also appreciate that listening to her is like listening to an old friend, whether it be about dating, deep talks, or just the latest update!

Offensive

Christina’s rambles are downright offensive and uneducated when it comes to certain topics like mental health and disorders. She should become uneducated before she speaks, as she comes across as ignorant and immature.
