Life Changing Support & Education

I have attended a number of Michael’s live workshops - Alive!, Time Management, Mind Mapping. And with every one, I learn new tips and usable action plans that help me to navigate my day-to-day as a Hunter-type. He freely shares his personal experience as a Hunter-type and the experiences of those of us with ADHD that he has helped throughout his years. These podcasts are invaluable to me as well - there is one for every pain point that I may experience on a given day. I highly recommend Michael’s workshops and podcasts if you are wanting help and ideas about how to manage as an ADHD neurological type!

my favorite pen ,

This podcast is a real gem!

This podcast has been an inspiration to me and has already changed how I approach my life and time.

I started a couple weeks ago and have heard several episodes. A couple of them twice and at a slower speed bc I really want to take in the specifics.

The practical straightforward tips are great! I started using them right away. I am most grateful for the generosity and genuine caring for others that comes through. Sincerely helpful. Thank you for doing this podcast.
