This is a great listen for anyone, but especially someone like me who struggles to find peace in a fast pace world.
ADHD and advent
At first it sounded like a strange combination, advent and ADHD. But I struggle with focusing and my son has ADHD so I decided to give it a listen. So good. Love the part about the struggles with what we consider “spiritual practices“ and the difficulties those with ADHD have with those practices. Good strategy ideas and compassionate viewpoints.
Really enjoyed the first conversation with an expert on ADHD.
