Body Shaming

I feel like I've been moving and as a certified health coach with Take Shape For Life have been helping others move past this damaging issue of body shaming. Then I get alone with myself and realize I need help letting go and learning to love my body where it is right now. Stop complaining and fearing natural changes and practice what I preach so to speak. I'm very grateful to Susan Milligan for her consistency and willingness to meet me where I am.
