Customer Reviews

Love this Podcast!

Jay is not only an excellent coach and author, he is an outstanding interviewer. This podcast includes everything from great instruction on how to become a faster runner to great interviews with accomplished runners like Bob Kennedy, Adam Goucher and Dathan Ritzenhein. If you are a running “geek”, this is a great place to “geek out”.

Phil Wharton & Q & A Podcast

Thanks so much Jay for continuing to interview fabulous and knowledgeable guest. Interview with Phil Wharton was Awesome!!! He is just a wealth of information. Really enjoy your Q & A podcast too. Sometimes I can't get online for your live streams. And catching these later is great and always lots of helpful information. Especially the Strenght training and Marathon Recovery episodes.

Good but inconsistent...

Jay Johnson has contributed a tremendous amount of knowledge to the running community. His warm up and exercise videos are a excellent resource for any runner or coach. His podcast are good for the most part - there are a few that I could have done without; however, that is not an issue with me. The thing that I dislike is the inconsistence of this podcast. Jay will release 4 in a row, then nothing for months. If he could get his consistentcy refined he has a real gem of a podcast here. Also, he needs to slow down mentally before he speaks, he studders a lot, something Jay is not known for elsewhere.
