What a great podcast
Really excellent insights on culture and leadership
Having worked for several companies across different industries, I have seen first hand what great alignment looks like and the issues poor alignment can create. Paul does a great job providing concepts and tools to bring alignment.
Paul completely captures the good, bad and ugly about companies that are in various stages of their alignment journey. Incentive plans, corporate policies and company culture are all best implemented with alignment from top to bottom and Paul's message is finely crafted to explain to the listener why this is vital for success. Highly recommend.
