Customer Reviews

Great show about a great hobby. I enjoy listening to all the interesting people and how ham radio, shortwave radio & even broadcast radio are all connected along with new technologies. It is nice to hear interesting hams tell their stories.

High Quality

WOW! Was I suprised to find such a proffessional sounding podcast dedicated to ham radio. Thank Ted for getting the broadcast up here in podcast format. The latest two I just downloaded got me across 2 states with my ipod. Not only that... side subjects lead you to discussing my home area, Mid-Michigan. Must have for the Ham's with Podcasting lists.

Sounds like AM broadcast radio

There's some good information here, for sure, but all of the commercial AM radio style commercials interjected in the podcast for things like vitamins, and videos about some commercial radio stations history, well, just gets old. I don't listen to commercial radio, and sorry to say, not this podcast either. It has potential though, just not, IMHO, the way it's going.
