Hope for the future !
Great podcast that showcases future leaders in the Democratic Party. If you need a break from the often depressing and demoralizing politics in DC, then this is the podcast for you. You get to hear about the work these young elected officials are doing in a boots-on-the-ground approach that really helps the listener get to know them. Inspiring!
Just what we needed
The point between much of the soul-searching that progressives have experienced in the last couple of years is to bring all those ideas and energy to action, and where the rubber meets the road is running for office. This show avoids pundits in favor of people actually serving and/or running as public officials, making the daunting idea of "Should I run for office?" seem a lot less fantastical. R. Coonerty is an incisive host with humor and smarts. One day, a future president (or presidents) are going to be on this show. Be the first one to hear it.
Keeping democracy alive!!
you’re doing big things Coonerty!
