Ahoy!December 6th 2015 - ahoy !
disciples of mayhem! Keep moving my people, I have!
It's been a few months and I've been through some shit but I'm currently enjoying a sudden vacation! I was laid off but knew it was coming so I saved and paid bills a few months in advance, when it happened I immediately signed up for uber, but haven't had to start yet, I'm going to relax and live small and really figure out my next move. I've been stressed for years, since my divorce and struggles and dying fiancé, this is the first time I've gotten to breathe and actually control my next move, I have awesome credit and no debt,so I can entertain some ideas and possible avenues of direction.
There have been times in my life where I don't have to work for a few months and I recently stumbled onto a month between jobs and when this happens...you have to lay low, cause: well...
A. You only have a fixed budget, can't pArty with many friends and blow possible extra month of funds.
B. Life is hard and it's hard to plan this, others may resent your sudden vacation and keep it close to the vest.
C. Life costs money, only drive the car for selling stuff for money or to an interview, the car is for work or earning money...but visit family cause you can sit and visit for just gas money and the car is suddenly worth it!
D. Don't flaunt your time cause there are time burglars out there that will waste your sudden vacation, stay home, clean the flat whilst listening to podcasts or books, eat what's in the fridge, create a home theater and catch up on sewing, I got 3 new shirts and 2 pairs of pants whilst watching Nova and sewing my pile of unwearables !
E. Take this limited fleeting time to get to know yourself without distraction, take a day to watch comedy, go on road trip to see a brother, post vague details on Facebook but keep your mystique - don't "let on" that your life is awesome and you are on vacation and enjoying not working, they don't wanna hear it so,they will just warn you about society fears...but you have it figured out, don't attract negativity, keep it to yourself!
F. Have fun, join a golf course in November and drink beers at noon, take time detailing that car you love, invent the next big thing, hike that trail you always drive past, dating is expensive- and no chick wants to date a jobless guy, so don't date!

I just watched The jam documentary last weekend with friends.

If you have a friend with showtime, watch the documentary, it caused me to revert to my 2nd modlihood- pardon the fashion show but I had to, whilst I still have all this hair!
I love that I was a part of that time in America, I love having been then a mod and evolving as a man with mod influence. The youthful energy has always been a part of me my friends, and my attraction to the jam! Long live the ModFather! The jam, style council, Paul Waller! Give a listen!

Haven't podcasted for a while - mystique, juggling a podcast and a need for mystique... can be a pickle - but here's hoping I can see it through. I was depressed largely in part to losing my mystique - I'll still post on fb - but only positive- good-time-Tony stuff, got back my mystique and I feel better, I stopped digging on Facebook and don't miss it.
I have always staged myself for the world like an actor in a dressing room. I got lost in social media and exposed too much, I'm happiest maintaining a bit of mystique. So if I keep some details out, play it close to the vest, it's for the best!

And now, if I click on the feed...and If I find myself digging I stop, allow myself to "like" 2 posts and close the app. But now it's rare that I have to even do that. I still like fb. I was abusing it, and was too new to it to really see (continued)

I spent Thanksgiving ... Sleeping cause on thanks giving eve...I met a woman, on Bart,
She approached me, bought me a drink, asked me over to her apartment, while her roommate was outta town.
She was laughing at all my jokes
I know what you are thinking, this guy is in there! Our hero is gonna get some.
So as we are approaching her flat, the front door, she suddenly becomes a lesbian.
She was cute and suddenly became obnoxiously lesbian. So I thought I could use the magic secret trick from bedazzled,...you don't know the secret... Here it is - Dudley Moore and Peter cook 1967 movie...

So I tried until 4:10am to no avail, lesbian is the exception to that rule!
Up until the door, there was no mention, I was under the impression...I was going to get to suck her feet - or something!... I tried but to no avail of so much as a titty. I can't seem to talk a titty outta a shirt. There was a time when I could talk t**s out of a shirt.
So I got outta there pretty quick, walked home and slept all day thanksgiving, saw a friend that night for homemade lasagna.

I should take a class or act in a play!!!
It was easier for me to enjoy the company of women...when I did plays and acted, so much tail!

Xmas with my brother! So much fun, my nieces and nephews are outstanding.
Snowboarding again and I Snowboarded all day with Molly Shannon and her family, no,Picts but I danced and she laughed!

Got to see Chris Dorian! We had Mexican food at Bass Lake! Watched various Christmas carols.
It was good for my soul to see such a good friend! His lady RULES and his son Hudson is a delight.

Trip was cut short, my sister in law...love her...watching her get ordered around by that kid all week. Hard to watch.
Bottom line, she had HAD IT - trip was cut short. back to my rut.

La is calling me, I can't afford to live here anymore. I don't like working - so working 2-3 jobs just to struggle is not appealing to me, sorry Bay Area- I am sick of you!

Sick of Speeddating careers- My friend Steve Vasquez, posted on facebook that he gets to spend everyday doing what he loves with people he loves. Hashtag blessed etc. a chill...went right up my spine., cause I am in a job I can't do anymore, I need to transfer or move on BEFORE I screw it up. No pressure! No set schedules, no days off in a row, I can't get a 2nd job and need my own business- I have ideas to make Berkeley Screen Print better and online, BUT do I really want to give time me to a woman that wasted so much of my time? maybe we were destined to work together and just not have sex. LA is calling me, I sent catch a contractor a business idea and waiting for new year to hear more. The bay is pushing me out financially. Still not sure what to do. Apple wasn't willing to work with talent like mine, i got burned out and I am not feeling it anymore. I get handed rhetoric that would piss off anyone older than 25. I lost it at work recently and spilled my guts to a manager, only to get more rhetoric, which pisses me off as a 45 year old comedian. Late in the day I was able to negotiate a new schedule, but all in all it's been a rough year for me. Feels like it was a waste of my time, the entire year was a loss.
Now I gave to be Focusing on comedy and my projects. Got my road hard backers shirt, the image was too high, too small and off center crooked! My shirts were much better Matt fondilier - please hire me my friend!

Things are wierd and I have no energy for my projects. I sleep until the crack of 10 and I get up at 5 usually.
I am depressed because I am not doing what I want to, what I want to do changes, but I can tell you it certainly isn't this! Retail sucks!
I want to podcast full time,host, consult or produce!
Anatomy of a podcast...or how it all began,
my brother elvis turned me on to Loveline when our mom was sick and we were taking long drives together at the end to save time and he would drop me off in berkeley on his way back to sac, Loveline was the shit.

The great 2001 bay area push out: laid off and broke, I was in berkeley 2001 but outta cash.
crew was busy, Xan now guitarist for cake, Jay in process of moving to Fresno, Todd and Chris divorcing so was hard to talk to those guys.

Was in Fresno for 9/11, spent the day with Brother Joey!
Got my hospital IT job back.
After a year -started listening to UCB's north gate radio - a podcast about bay area activities and issues.
found a flat, a job and a girl, lost job and got married 1 year turned into,4 years of unemployment had a hold on me.

ACS radio show got me through Fresno and moving back to east bay.
Listened to first ACS PODCASTS as we settled in.
ACS PODCASTS got me thru moving back to bay and working again.
On our 5 year anniversary,
My marriage ended divorce, as I funneled my healing through managing new medical marijuana dispensary, confidence came back and I was healing, reconnecting with old friends, listening to more podcasts every day,nerdist, etc.
Podcasts helped me process my divorce, and podcasting helps me understand it more.
One day Danny boy Misk came into my dispensary and that weekend I was having wine with he and GCP!
Then Greg and I attended Live AC show,November 2012 etc! Sitting there I thought...
I needed to have my own podcast like Adam Carolla!
So I set goals and did a ton of research and came up with my own podcast system.
And the rest is podcast History #92!

Now, futureman has to deal with my current decisions, so I tread carefully.

Sick of struggling and this exhausting rut.
I have Painted myself into a poverty corner that rely on me putting bills on the card for a month and it's wearing me down.
I can pay rent late, but the rest if the month is me catching up and scrimping and starving and wondering how I am going to get medicated, which is the only reason I am still,alive. And productive!

The hardest part is staying medicated, which I need to do and is proving difficult!
Medicated! I'd be lost without pot. Pot takes away the fear, doesn't let you say, this is dumb! It takes the questions out of it. And allows me to dive deep into a project. Without it I tend to stop producing art. Especially when I am struggling!
After my attack I stopped saturating myself with pot and the fear crept in.

If I can't support myself, the Bay Area ain't for me!

So I am giving myself until December 23 to have MOVE TO LA plan.
I'll spend that time at Bass Lake deciding how to move down there.

Working for Apple is like being at dress rehearsal for a high school play, and we decided to wear our P.E. shirts instead of costumes.
There is even senior ditch day.

I have a super terrific PART TIME job that keeps me poor. My dream is to work in the podcasting industry, but I am working a part time retail job that takes much study.

So I guess I am giving myself 6 months to fold myself into the bay again, meaning,
Moved here with a wife, cats, etc, the cats died and the wife left. So why the fuck am I here?
Why am I here the bay? No School, plays. My little part time retail job is certainly no reason to stay, except for the people!
I work with amazing people! But yea, why am I here? Amazing friends like Greg and moose Jason Rachael and many others not withstanding.
Earning less than i need to live is insanity and not a reason to live here. When I have to struggle to live, I'm out!
After the attack, my rebirth, I dropped outta the matrix and have been looking for reasons to stay here.


Still friends with my ex wife. 5years, like the Bowie song, I have Decided to call her friends in stead of ex wife. Sometimes...i just think I say ex wife to humble brag.
Or I say it to let a woman know that I am straight and I went all the way, women's all the way.
Just a thought. It's hard to live alone in the Bay Area.
If I had a girlfriend, I'd just move her in.
But after my divorce, it's been hard to find the energy to date. The bad experiences, and the one terrific one that passed away.
I am happy Han Solo,style.
Best friends with the ex wife doesn't help my non dating predicament.or lack of action!
we were both incredible people, so,we are both finding each other pretty irreplaceable.
And being a part of our lives, helping each other, depending on each other, it's gets hard to label our relationship.
We love each other, but we can't live together or be tied to each other.
I remember the times I felt alone in the marriage. Which doesn't make me ask out that cute girl at work, who is probably way too young for me.

The divorce, the layoffs, the attack, the uncertainty of it all, many rebirths I have gone through. I need to get back w

After I was attacked and beaten, was broke and I had to focus on career and finding a job. Which paid off BTW!
But My knockout game or whatever the hell it was wounds to my face have healed, you can barely tell, except for when I shave you can see my lips scars and I have a Popeye now when I smile, on the side where it was swollen. My left eye pops in photos and I look like I am giving you the evil eye, it's not attractive but hey I may have found my new hook.
