Lots of useful stuff here!

this podcast has a wide variety of calming exercises and meditations. I especially like the 5-finger Qi Gong. It's short and quick, can be done anywhere, and it works--it really calms you down.

Great tips to help calm the mind

This podcast is filled with lots of valuable information and exercises for anyone trying to harness their anxious mind and stressful life. My only gripe is that there are some sound-quality issues — especially during the ayurvedic interviews. Otherwise, it's great.
