Lots of useful stuff here!

this podcast has a wide variety of calming exercises and meditations. I especially like the 5-finger Qi Gong. It's short and quick, can be done anywhere, and it works--it really calms you down.

Gentle, Helpful, Relaxing

I like this podcast very much.. there might be some flaws but not enough to make it unworthy of my time. It is relaxing and there are good tips for dealing with stress and anxiety.
