Best of Arkansas 2023

You’ve won your own award three years in a row..? You haven’t had a new episode since March and you have (now) 58 reviews. After checking out the other finalists and seeing their numbers, this makes no sense. It seems like your Best of Arkansas Times is rigged? At least for podcasts.

Winner of their own award!!!!

The WINNER of the 2021 Arkansas Times Best Podcast in Arkansas! Congratulations on winning your own contest, guys! Well done.

When you’re listening, you’ll never believe hours of preparation and production goes into each episode. You’ll hardly even believe these two are using microphones to record rather than recording straight into and an original Edison wax cylinder! And don’t let the graphics fool you. Even though the eyes might want to say those are two gents on the artwork, your ears are going to tell you one of hosts is a lady.

Whether you’re homesick from living out of state, or you’d just like to hear tiny ramblings on the subject of bits of Arkansas goings-on that often trail off and go unresolved, you e got yourself a favorite new podcast.

If you want pristine and clean studio quality audio with nothing but all Arkansas focused news and wacky happenings, conversations with sex workers, comedians, graffiti artists and activists, creators…

...come find the Not For Prophets Stereo Podcast. But only if you want something besides your grandpa’s old, dusty old radio show.
