Dan is obnoxious but it’s still a fantastic show
ATN is a 5 Star podcast but Dan is obnoxious as can be. Sometimes it’s hard to tell if he’s deliberately trying to be obnoxious for the sake of the character he imagines he plays on the show or if Dan is just genuinely obnoxious but either way it’s grating.
Also, give it up with the pregnant pauses. They only serve to troll your listening audience into thinking the episode has a technical issue or your podcast paused because a call is coming through or something.
What a Thursday show!
I listen to 9hrs of podcasts 5 days a week and this show is easily my favorite. And has been for years! Thursday’s show was fantastic. Not a ton of actual info...but was fantastic! From the waking up seg and the kicker deep dives and poor mark making his philly case. And, well done Erica—-the production value and super fast drops speak volumes. The speed that you get the drops in really puts your stamp on the comedic timing of the show. You may not be able to sing like la syd, but you are a legend :)
All around great show!
Love the guys’ show format and conversations. I’ve learned a lot over the years about the game that’s played on the field and in the front offices. Ive been listening since 2018 and have listened to every episode. I still sometimes go back to episodes with Wes from time to time, but the guys have done a great job the whole way through.
