Off to a good start

Best yoga podcast so far. I've never been able to find one I like. Audio quality could be better, but not it's not bad. Looking forward to more.

Loved it!!!

Thank you for creating this podcast series! The best part about it was feeling like a fly on the wall (an invited one) during this intimate, sweet conversation with a remarkable teacher like David Garrigues. I particularly loved what he shares about Guruji as well as about his teaching. I can’t wait to see who will be next!

Wonderful podcast!

Finally a podcast about Ashtanga! The first podcast (interview with David Garrigues) is so interesting - it’s nice to learn more about David and hear his personal yoga experiences. The second podcast with John Churchill offers some of a mediation teacher’s insights. Churchill has some great points about the body being space and how we are not separate from the world “outside” us. We should remember that the body can experience the world in 360 degrees, not just observe it through our eyes. I’m very excited for future episodes.
