Since the early 90's, author and speaker Christopher West has devoted his life to spreading John Paul II's revolutionary teaching on human life, love, and sexuality: The Theology of the Body. His beloved wife Wendy, mother of their five children, has served as his confidante, friend, and support through these long years of ministry. In this podcast, Christopher and Wendy combine their wisdom to tackle the toughest questions dealing with vocation, sexuality, marriage, and the Catholic faith.

The podcast that feels like a hug!
I love this podcast so much! The answers that Christopher and Wendy give are thoughtful and give such good information on the teachings of the Catholic Church. These two blend so perfectly together. And I love Wendy’s voice! It’s kind and soothing and, well, feels like a hug. I’m so glad to have found it and just feel so blessed and inspired after each episode. Keep up the beautiful work!
Thank you from a Protestant Christian
I’m a Protestant Christian, and my life was changed four years ago when I read Christopher West’s book, Introduction to Theology of the Body. I’m so passionate about TOB but haven’t always known how to share it with my Protestant friends, especially those who have gotten married and are using birth control. Reading a theology book on marriage and sex, as accessible as West makes it, is not always everyone’s cup of tea!
Now I’m so excited to have this podcast that I will absolutely be sharing with all the people I love in my life. It’s so wonderful to hear Christopher and Wendy talk together about TOB. I’m confident that, if my loved ones listen to even one episodes, they will be more interested in taking the time to sit down, read, and consider TOB and all of the beautiful things that come with understanding and integrating it into their lives.
