Loved Episode 35

The interivew with Madeline Irvine is excellent. She is articulate and down to earth about the artistic process and the formative experiences that have shaped her work and approach to landscape and integrating her environmentalist ethic that is exploratory. poetic, and deeply felt. Anyone who has wrestled with the creative process, or wonders how artists come up with ideas and work through them, will enjoy this conversation.

Great podcast

I love this podcast. What a great addition to Austin’s creative scene. I enjoy hearing artists talk about their work and career journeys. As a creative person I am quite inspired by these talks.
And hearing their personal stories adds to the experience of viewing their art.
Thanks for making this podcast!!

Can't stop listening

Shout out to Austin Art Talk...In the past 3 weeks I've listened to Charles Heppner, Jason Phelps, Michael Anthony Garcia, Bale Creek Allen, Roi James and Deborah Roberts. What a gift. I feel like I'm sitting in a coffee shop having an intimate, in-depth conversation with artists I've admired and been curious about. After all of that, I even got the courage to listen to my own interview with David Scott Gordon on AAT.
