In this podcast I talk with people who are defining–-and living-–success on their own terms. We dive deep to explore their habits, mindsets, experiences, and perspectives that make them who they are. My intention is for you to get ideas and inspiration for standing ever more strongly in your own authenticity--especially in a professional context. Who you’ll hear: Entrepreneurs. Small business owners. Writers. Artists. Moms. Creatives. Solopreneurs. Team leaders. Coaches. Free thinkers. Location independents… Range of topics: mindfulness, building routines, inner listening, knowing yourself, being true to yourself, sustainable living, the practicals of bringing authenticity and integrity to social media and marketing, setting and protecting boundaries, building a support network, being intuitive with business growth, right timing, and creating work-life harmony.

Productivity meets creativity.
I find podcast uplifting and always take away practical ideas for moving forward as a creative entrepreneur. Shawn brings a grounded optimism, depth and insight to her interviews. For example, she gets the brilliant Kelly McGonigal talking about how she structures her day and why. Very useful stuff! This podcast is one to watch. Shawn's short monologue episodes are excellent too.
I’ve checked out many podcasts in this genre over the last few months, and this one is my favorite and the only one I immediately knew was worthy of my subscribing to it. Shawn’s wisdom and advice are practical and can be put to use immediately. Her interviews are inspiring and touch the heart. Everything she puts out makes me feel more at ease, relaxed, and confident in what I’m doing. Thank you for this service Shawn, can’t wait for the next episode (and the next and the next…)
Really love the show Shawn! I love the guests too and the engaging questions are awesome! I'm looking forward to the next episode!!! Particularly the Kin Folk Yoga episode was deeply inspiring. I also so needed to hear Molly Fisk's advice about intuition. Thanks!
