I can’t tell you how excited I was for this podcast as the representation in the health and wellness podcast needs to be shaken up a little bit. Les continues to bring on women who provide a range of stories and insights that incorporate holistic wellness. I’ve left each and every episode with a few gems and there have been multiple times throughout each episode where I’m yelling out “yes girl!” Continue to shine and create amazing content Les!
