Planting seeds

Taking the time to be a " listener" is one of the hardest tasks we face daily. Each podcast allows the listener to feel the passion the barbell buddha has for sharing. He has a Eloquent way of planting seeds and allowing you the listener to water, grow and harvest.
From a college athlete, power lifter, science guy and a student for learning the barbell buddha has a wealth of knowledge and a way of breaking it down so you the "listener"can connect and bring it back full circle. From a female perspective, a coach, affiliate, yoga teacher and mom I am able to take his seeds and grow them in to my life and share them with others. Grateful for his sunshine of passion to share with others and living a life where there is no such thing as fear.

Barbell Buddha

This guy has squatted nearly half a ton, or some where in tht ball park. To talk to a a guy who is obviously a power lifter or a former power lifter you would think "MEATHEAD"!!!! Not so. Chris approaches training with a well educated and well BALANCED mindset. It's refreshing to listen to some one talk about training with a philosophical approach. No silly sets and reps scheme here, but a way of thinking coupled with a balanced lifestyle. Well done Chris.
