Radically Loving and Powerful
I’m totally new to Rachel’s work and only heard about her new podcast because I follow several of her guests. I’ve been on a body liberation and anti-diet journey for several years now, and I’ve heard things articulated here, in just the right way, that they landed anew for me and led to aha’s. This doesn’t happen often for me anymore, and I already follow a diverse range of fat acceptance voices. Thank you Rachel! I’m blown away after only a couple episodes.
