Loosen your jock strap

Martial arts is an ultimate truth however this podcast is not much more than mma gossip backed up by unfounded speculation.
You want valid opinions backed by facts? go see Ariel Helwani.
Even Luke Thomas’ banter feels less like The View than this.
If you like locker room bs and a meat head perspective,
big brown is your skinny jean wearing man.

BBB

I like Brendan especially on TFATK, but as far as "breakdowns" go he doesn't know how to discuss technique or strategy at all. He makes broad generalizations about strategy and really just speculates a lot. The saving grace is that he's pretty funny though and his podcast with Callen is good. If you want real fight downs based in technique listen to Robin Black, Dan Hardy, or John Gooden. Also, chin basically just agrees with everything Brendan says which is kind of annoying.

Funny but mma talk is ‘eh’

Of all the MMA shows and analysis I think this is one of the sillier ones. I think some of his tangents are funny but his mma talk is regurgitated from other shows like Luke Thomas, Charles Sonnen and Ariel. Never a hot take, he stays pretty safe with his banter and his predictions are almost always wrong. Occasionally very funny though. *** new BBB drinking game *** shots every-time he talks about dicks... you’ll be blacked out every episode.
