Tons of great info
I look forward to these as BikeJames really talks the subjects he is covering in great detail. I look forward to the gear reviews and the nutrition info (I have worked a bunch of your advice into my habits already). The 10 superfoods cast you did was awesome. MORE!!!! I like the baseline fitness tests you speak about periodically as well. The recent deadlift minimums and the lying straight leg raises to judge flexibility was great. More of those too please! Thanks for your hard work and sharing your insights with us all.
James has increased the content. The podcast covers gear reviews, nutrition, strength and flexibility training, all geared specifically to mouintain biking. Its the only resource I know of to do so. James has an occasional informative guest and also points you to other web resources to improving mountain biking skills
In short, this is THE BEST mountain biking podcast for any of the above topics. And hey, it's free!
Not worth your time.
The authors of this podcast have absolutely ZERO understanding of what Crossfit is, what it isn't, and most importantly why it works. Recording quality and repeated "uhm" and "ahs" aside, this podcast is dead air filled by an individual who is too busy to do the slightest shred of research because he is in love with the sound if his own voice.
