If you don't like this podcast, you're probably white

Fairly new listener, but racing though episodes. Great podcast with an excellent mix of personalities. But these young Thundercats sometimes fail to understand the time that some of these films were made. Context is everything. Jungle Fever, Hollywood Shuffle, School Daze and others make more sense if one was an adult when they came out... There's a reson they are considered important films in some cirlcles. The climate in America has not always been what it is today. Keep up the good work

Absolutely Perfect

Life everything about this podcast. The theme music, "round table" format, movie selection, EVERYTHING.

Sure they'll keep up the wonderful work and I look forward to many more episodes.

It's been a long time coming!!

It's about dam time someone reviews Black Cinema who is not exclusively white. Black on Black Cinema is the dialogue you have with your boys or sista's regarding movies that attempt to tell our story. In a just world, this show is on Sundance, IFC, OWN, or if Tyler Perry is being reviewed, Disaster TV.
My only complaint is I want more to soon. But they are worth the wait. I love these guys!!!
