Super Informational & Helpful

There's so many articles out there that attempt to explain health and working out. But the majority of them do not make sense with their crazy verbiage, so I always sit there afterwards thinking "What the heck did I just read?". Kristy Jo explains everything in a way that makes sense, and she uses analogies that really paint the picture for you! I'm beginning to finally understand why my coach is wanting me to eat certain foods, or particular foods on specific days, or do special work outs. It can be hard to find time to sit and listen to a half hour podcast, but I've found it easy to listen to them in the car during my commutes to work, or while I do the dishes at home. They're super informational, and definitely worth listening to.

Excellent Info!

Each time I listen to one of Kristy Jo's podcasts, I learn something new. Being a health conscious person myself, I am constantly on the lookout for useful info that I can incorporate into my training. I highly recommend subscribing to this podcast. You will get a wealth of info and learn a lot more about how to properly fuel your body and will learn more about making workouts more efficient, among many other things.
