What I like about Siim is that he’s non-biased and he breaks everything down into easily understandable pieces. I’ve been researching this for a while and have listened to many people on this subject. Looking forward to more on keto, as well as some of his other topics.

Siim has done his research and is a good presenter of the “facts”. As far as they are currently known. I’ve listened to many videos covering different aspects of keto diets, it’s physiology, fasting, etc.
