I've been using Gabes program for a while now and if you put in the work and listen to his tips in emails and instructions it'll help. As a guy in the Army I can't get his gains, I need cardio (yuck) but I tailor the program to what fits me, so glad he has podcast now too. Highly recommended!
How to unlock your true potential!
This was my favorite pod cast, I love the information provide in all the podcast as a business professional myself the only constructive feedback is simplify the content by giving a overview, hit your points then review the details. This is awesome, even more amazing is that you provide it for free. Again constructive feedback is to streamline the content, since it's tough at times to dedicate an hour and having to cut through the fat... lol so to speak.
Earlier this year I decided to start the Genesis program. I had no real idea about the Ketogenic diet, I thought is was a fad actually. With the help of the information provided as well as all the extra information Gabe puts out, it allowed me to drop from 270 lbs to 216 lbs during the program. The information in the podcast was great information and now I have something of value to listen to when I am doing my cardio. Thanks Gabe and Body Spartan.
