I'm a big fan of craft beer and podcasts. That said, this is a delicious combo! There are plenty of craft beer podcasters and beertubers out there today (nothing wrong with that). Jason has managed to create a unique podcast with a variety of topics and perspectives to share with the average craft beer consumer as well as brewery professionals. The interviews are natural and fruitful, all while containing discussion that is easy for all listeners to follow. I highly recommend listening to this podcast.
Great addition to the craft beer scene!
I’ve been a fan of Jason’s work for a long time now, but this new venture is a great addition to the scene. With the way craft beer has boomed lately, it’s great to get an inside look at a lot of the details that often are overlooked. Also, the more Zack Morrow the better...his soothing dulcet tones are always a special kind of therapy for my ears 😂 But seriously, this podcast is a MUST listen for anyone that is interested in knowing more about what goes into the process of making the liquid we all love and crave!
I am a beer guy. I’ve worked in the industry for over ten years in all three tiers, and am a brewer and Certified Cicerone. This podcast has great information and solid interviews. It’s approachable without dumbing things down. I binged the first three episodes last night, and look forward to hearing more.
I am not a sound engineer, but I do listen to a lot of podcasts. The problem with this one is the differences in volume between the speakers. The interviewer usually comes in loud and clear, but then I can barely hear the guest. I turn the volume all the way up, then back down when the host begins to talk again. And then an advertisement comes on mid-show and my headphones are blasted with an incredibly high volume of sound.
This is a good podcast, but needs to work on their....sound mixing(?) volume control(?) I’m not exactly sure. Like I said, I’m just a beer guy.
