Interesting show about British TV

A well researched and informative podcast about British TV shows, some of which made it across the pond and some which didn't. The hosts give a review and general history of each show. Then they discuss availablity to rent or purchase through the various movie and TV rental services in the US, UK and Canada. Greatly expanded my viewing list.

One of My Favorites

I look forward to this show popping up in my iTunes queue. The hosts work well together, which is great considering they are on different points of the Earth as they record. They come to each episode with a solid knowledge of the episode they are going to talk about. In addition to their review of the particular show, they tell you about its availabilty, interesting trivia, and any spinoffs. I've learned a lot about British television in listening to this podcast. And the number one thing this show has going for it, is that the hosts stay on topic. They don't talk about themselves or gossip about British tv news. They keep these episodes evergreen so that a newcomer can start at episode one and enjoy each episode as much as the person who has been there from the beginning. Keep up the great work.

Professional work from amateur enthusiasts

I have subscribed to this succint, yet successful podcast for a number of years and found it to be a great addition to my podcast listening rotation. The creators/commentators have uniquely stuck with a brief format that has needed very little if any tweaking. Each British scifi programme reviewed is analyzed quickly, but thoughtfully over two half hour podcasts that make for great commute listening. Brian and Eamon clearly demonstrate requisite fan passion for their subject matter, but unusually pull off a fairly professional review podcast that is balanced, well researched and free if the juvenile opinionated and banal bantering found in so many sci-fi/geek fandom podcasts. These fellas do a fine job of offering an almost journalistic cast that still satisfies the fan boy cravings! Great job chaps! Keep up the interesting and entertaining work!
