S3 Ep.05: Just Breathe & Don’t Pass Out
Hi Guys! Today I am sharing a few stories on how I became a public speaker and how I almost passed out! Being a public speaker was the last thing I had ever thought I would become being an introvert and all but now it’s one of my favorite things to do. I share tips on how to become a great and engaging speaker or educator.
ACTIONABLE TO DO:
Make up a story as if you are going to speak publicly, type it up and then practice saying that story in your voice, don’t memorize it. Practice out loud and find moments where you can ad humor, a take away, or emotion. Then do it in front of family and friends.

Hi Guys! Today is storytelling day. I get asked about how and when I decided to quit my job 6 years ago to blog full time. It’s always a difficult decision to make and when you grow up with no visual representation of an entrepreneur it just seems like something other people do.
ACTIONABLE TO DO:
If you are thinking of quitting your job start by analyzing where your side hustle money is coming from, how consistently, and what can you do to increase it. Track it for a few months and then decide if you can sustain yourself as you grow your new venture. If you are lucky enough to have a nest egg even better but you can do it without it as long as you are smart about your decisions.

Audrey is the founder of Frank & Eileen which was born out of the idea to take otherworldly Italian fabrics — historically reserved for men — to reinvent the button-up shirt for women. 1 million Italian button-ups later, she was deeply inspired to launch a new brand inspired by the everyday women out there re-writing the rules. Over the past few years, she has watched the world change completely — for retail, for women, and for herself. she had a baby, realized women are f*@$# superheroes and launched a new brand inspired by her fearless daughter Grayson.
