Finally an Honest Discussion on Leadership
This is a welcomed series that the listener really gets an honest, inside look into what leadership actually is. I learned so much about Colin Powell as a person and about the role of a leader. I look forward to Carly sitting down with more leaders to remind folks what the true meaning of leadership really is.
A conversation sorely needed right now
They hit the nail on the head - leadership is not about titles, it’s about people rolling up their sleeves and solving problems. Something we need more of.
The best way to learn is by example - I’m anxious to see who else is on the interview list.
This is a timely and fascinating contribution to discussions about leadership. The first few episodes are great and I look forward to listening to more.
