Description

Every Tuesday, dog owner Allegra Ringo, dog wanter Renee Colvert, and producer Travis McElroy talk to guests about their dogs, discuss dogs they met this week, and brief you on dogs news. They go on assignment to dog events and report back with what you need to know. If there's a dog, they're gonna pet it!

This Podcast Will Make You Smile

I have depression and an energy deficiency, but CIPYD brightens my Tuesday EVERY week. It honestly makes me feel better. Renée and Allegra are so upbeat and positive, that I felt like I could talk with them as friends after just the first episode. Travis McElroy (of McElroy brothers fame) is excellent as producer and semi-cohost. Although I have a dog, you don't need to have one to enjoy this podcast. You just have to like dogs. I know a lot of women podcasters get picked on for their voices, but I could listen to Renée and Allegra all the time. They are two of the kindest people I've never met. I do not have enough positive things to say about this podcast, and I cannot think of anything negative about it, so you should probably go listen. If you like it, join the companion Facebook group because it's one of the only reasons to stay on Facebook. Murphy and I will continue listening to CIPYD as long as it is on, which I hope is for a VERY long time.

The quintessential dogcast

Hosted by two incredibly happy, dog-loving, and potentially psychotic women, this is the best dog-based podcast out there ever. Great guests and edutainment are abundant... But I do think Renee needs to sing more often.

Guys. The BEST

This podcast can honestly make any day better. It's so honest and delightful, I've never listened to one that didn't make me laugh and smile. For dog lovers, dog owners, and dog wanters like me, it's true ray of sunshine. And it's educational for at least one minute per episode! Also, they have the worlds best Facebook group.
