Description

Each month on Can We Talk?, the Jewish Women’s Archive features stories and conversations about Jewish women and the issues that shape our public and private lives. Alternating between a documentary style and a roundtable format, Can We Talk? includes profiles of historical and contemporary Jewish women, frank discussion of culture, politics, and current events, and little-known stories from our past and present. Customer Reviews

A listening pleasure.

Encompassing history, literature, art, and science, this podcast is a rich and eclectic mix of stories and reports on subjects as diverse as infertility, Emma Lazarus's sonnet for the Statue of Liberty, or an Israeli-Palestinian love affair. Religious affiliation is entirely unnecessary for a full appreciation of Can We Talk, which is flawlessly written, produced, and narrated--a listening pleasure.
