Just wanted to learn about federal hiring without the political bias

The concept behind this podcast was solid, but the execution could be a lot better. It's understandable that a recruitment podcast would have to build up enthusiasm for the agency's mission and make the work sound appealing. However, at times, this podcast sounded more like political rhetoric about how dangerous undocumented immigrants are, instead of being just factual and informative.

The producers also should have more carefully considered the optics of some of the things that podcast guests had to say, in light of the various controversies surrounding the agency. It's difficult to hear a supervisory detention and deportation officer talk about being "a family man" in the context of discussing work-life balance (episode 4), and not immediately think about ICE's (and parent agency DHS's) role in detaining and separating families.
