His voice is terrible

How is anyone understanding this with his voice

Love it-you will too!

I found this podcast because of another reviewer’s comment on the Up and Vanished podcast reviews.

To that person, thank you!

There is so much true crime out there it’s hard to find which podcasts are good to start with when you’re new to the true crime genre.

I started with the episodes (5 parts) on the East Area Rapist/Golden State Killer, and binged all almost 2 hour episodes in 3 days.

It’s very good and draws you in without being sensational or over the top.

I like this podcast because it keeps me on the metaphorical edge of my seat in suspense, and I definitely check the locks more often when I listen, but it doesn’t scare me in a bad, unpleasant way like some sensational true crime does.

It’s more mysterious and enjoyably eerie and suspenseful than truly terrifying. Even when the anonymous host is describing horrible crimes.

I think this is down to the format and the host’s calm, matter of fact speaking style.

I really enjoy it and definitely recommend this.

Best true crime podcast of all time hands down!
