This is one of the best podcasts I have listened to. Ryan is really a down to earth guy who honestly wants to help fathers become free of a strapped down life stile and become the husbands and fathers thatGod created them to be. I just hope someday I can do the same and hopefully I can be on the podcast one day telling my success story

Must listen!!

A great podcast that breaks real estate investing down into practical and easy to understand short segments. Good for both newbies and experienced investors!!

A Can't Miss Podcast

I first heard of Ryan through another podcast, I loved his message, so decided to check out his site. I ended up taking a course or two of his and started listening to his podcast last week.

I have binged through 40+ episodes now, and they don't get old, stale or dull! Ryan always has fresh stories, lessons and tips to share. Not to mention that my wife and I really laugh at his personal family stories he has told haha

Hoping to one day be a guest on his show as a "success story"

Thanks Ryan!!
