So much fun
Terrific balance of humor and serious basketball throughout the season, from the blue bloods to the smaller schools. By Selection Sunday you have a good sense of who most teams are, which makes the tournament a more enjoyable watch. If I had one constructive suggestion when discussing games, it’s to dive a little deeper into matchups and the “eye test” over KenPom and Quad 1 wins and predictive metrics. But I love what you guys do, thanks!
Entertaining podcast, but…
It’s an entertaining, fun podcast, but when either Parrish or Norlander aren’t on the pod and one of the other two CBS guys fill in, it just isn’t as good, because the other two guys don’t bring any personality to the show. Neither Kyle Boone nor David Cobb are broadcasters. They’re sportswriters.
That said, the 9/18/23 pod about Kansas and Arterio Morris was good because Parrish kept the thing rolling with his humorous banter.
