The Galley Radio podcast is built on four primary fundamentals that we key in on each week: Embracing Heritage: What is special about "the Greatest Generation?" We are on a mission to understand the immigrant journey that often started with nothing. How did we get to where we are today? Quality Ingredients: We are firm believers of quality inputs = quality outputs. We explore gardening techniques and will focus on the ingredients that you can grow in your own garden or obtain locally. Great Recipes: We will introduce dishes that will sure to be a hit with your family. We are constantly in test mode in the Galley. Experimenting with ingredients and techniques to produce creative results. Progressive Methods: Going from "B to A." This is the pillar with which we hope will translate from the kitchen into your everyday life and in the professional world. How can the creative process enhance your skill set?
