Intelligent, deep conversations about Goth culture

Cemetery Confessions is an amazing podcast that shows that Goth is much more than the mainstream perception of depressed people wearing black. It looks at Goth from a multitude of perspectives, covering every aspect of what it means to be in this community. Definitely a gem for those who love Goth—but if Goth is not your thing, give it a try anyway. The conversations are always interesting, and the host and guests always authentic.

More academic talk please!!!

I listened to the Italian goth podcast today and I would like more nerdy gothic stuff. It is hard to find academic goth broadcasts. It saddens me when the one host said that was too intellectual. So they do not so as much of that type. Or that he himself was too nerdy. How is that possible? Please do more and/or lead me to those podcasts. Listen to people joke or tell stories about the scene is fine but I would love more in depth book reviews and academic topics. I find people think goth is just clothing and other superficial subjects. It gets droll. So, more please! And often!

Dark Owl ,

Enjoy a lovely chat with your intelligent friends

I’m so glad I found this as the pandemic started. It’s thought provoking and covers diverse topics. These are the people want to share fireside chats with. This podcast supplies the intellectual content I miss so much these days.
