For a local broadcast, excellent content
Typically, it seems like your local talent broadcasters don't have interesting topics or relavant information. But Lefall seems to get it and provide you with information that has "traction". I find myself relistening to the content over and over. ~ Jeremy Snowden.
I love this show!!
Central Standard is the most interesting show on KCUR, and possibly even NPR as a whole! I don't know how he comes up with such varied topics, and they are always interesting!!! I listen in my car live whenever I can, and download the podcast all the time!
I just moved to the Kansas City area and quickly found Central Standard on the NPR station. I look forward to listening throughout the work week, and I'm happy that I can download episodes later if I miss them! Gina Kaufman is a great host: she facilitates discussion and politely pushes guests on answers for more interesting stuff
