Change is natural and easy. Is that your experience? What about when it comes to breaking bad habits, or ending worry or anxiety? When it comes to bouncing back from disappointment or loss, or changing habitual patterns and reactions? Most of us experience change as difficult, with results that are shallow and short-lived. But that’s only because we’re stuck in an old paradigm, using strategies that don’t go deep enough. Join psychologist and author Dr. Amy Johnson for Changeable, a podcast about a new paradigm in psychology that reveals the ironic way change really works. It’s easier than you think. ______________ Dr. Amy Johnson | Life Coach | Self-help | Self-improvement | Psychology | Philosophy | Psychologist dramyjohnson.com

Dr. Johnson's approach to change is like a breath of fresh air. Instead of muscling change she teaches how to change peacefully, by working with the mind. This podcast has been so helpful for me and I am very thankful for Dr. Johnson's work.
Wow, change is easy when you understand how change really happens!
Love this podcast! Who knew running errands and doing school dropoff/pickup could be so life changing? Now I understand why all the years I spent trying to work harder at fixing myself, my situation, everyone else, everything around me, (the list goes on) wasn't all that effective... I had it backwards! Amy's way of sharing how change really works is so simple, fresh, and exciting. She's relatable, funny, and a real person living in the real world. She discusses the way we experience our everyday using her background in traditional psychology, her personal experience, and the experience of thousands of people who she has impacted. Give it a listen, 20 minutes may just change your life.
The BEST at explaining core principles!
I was fortunate to get a coaching session with Amy a couple years ago. Life-changing. I've very leery of "woo" and much of what I'd heard RE: The Principles just did not connect with me. Much I've what I'd heard made sense, but was a shade too vague. Any takes her Phd and matches it with a warm, common sense approach. She communicates clearly and in a way that profoundly resonates. I'm ecstatic that her wisdom is available in this free podcast!
