The reason there are 5 star ratings but episodes have not been released is due to the fact that NYT subscribers were given early access. It is an amazing series and I highly recommend it!
Absolutely amazing reporting and sound editing. Only the best from the NYT. Im listening as a subscriber so my 5 star rating is based off actually listening to the first two episodes.
Hold your horses!
This podcast is coming out next week, and based on Rukmini Callimachi’s reporting on The Daily podcast, I am sure this podcast will be excellent!
Podcasts are posted prior to their first episode so that you can subscribe and then be notified once the first episode is available. Maybe you should save your one-star ratings until you can actually make an informed decision.
