Awesome Hosts and Discussion
Joelle and Chris have incredible insight into music. While everyone has their own unique tastes, ChordCast covers a variety of musical interests. They review a lot of music, frequent performances, and have connections with artists. Lots of humor and great discussion! Give it a try!
A Great Music Podcast
This is the podcast I wish I had 10 years ago when I was much more into music then I am now. Being a bit out of the music scene, both Joelle and Chris recommened a lot of music to check out. The best part is they focus on all different types of music with an emphasis on harder stuff. They have helped respark my interest in music and I enjoy listening to all of their discussions about different bands, types of music and the shows they go to!
The Discussions Transcends all Genres
This is a great music podcast. Even though I have completley different music tastes than Chris and Joelle. For example, I love country music, and think that screaming in a song (with some exceptions) is not considered singing. What the two hosts talk about transcends all generas. With Joelle's experience with concerts, Chris's expertise with Vinyl, and where they meet in the middle create very interesting conversations. It was through listening to this podcast, that I discovered Artist shaped albums, and the richness that does exist in heavy metal music. I would highly recommend this to anyone who enjoys music and wants to listen to a relaxed, fun, non-technical(for the most part) podcast.
