Introducing a new series celebrating chamber music of all kinds, including classical, jazz, folk and electronic music. Based in beautiful Hamilton, Ontario, Canada - the name (pronounced SANGk-foil) comes from the badge of the Hamilton clan (found on the Hamilton flag) and is a local weed with a yellow flower of five petals. If you keep an eye out, you'll see it everywhere. The format is the point of the series: 5 artists performing for 10 minutes each, all programming their music based on a common theme for the month. Each event is held in the Sanctuary at Church of St. John the Evangelist and hosted by Steve McKay (Twin Within, ex-Bruce Peninsula).
