I love it, great resource for clinicians students and the average potato(me)
To keep it short. They’re funny, straight to the point and have various professionals in the field of strength rehab and therapy come in talk and debunk myths with a research based outlook.
Really great podcast!
I’m a PT student and absolutely love all the info discussed in this podcast! Really helpful stuff going on
More time in the trenches is needed for these young men
Are these guys bright and entertaining? Yes. Are they young? Yes. It'd be great to see them add someone with 20 years or more of clinical hands-on experience to their podcast. The lack of published scientfiic research on a modality doesn't preclude its efficacy. I think they are using scepticism to shroud a lack of experience.
