Codependency No More

I have suffered my entire adult life with codependency and never knew what it was until about 8 weeks ago when I found "MY" therapist!! I was in a physically and verbally abusive marriage for 21 years. I thought I just needed time...I was strong enough to finally get away!!! I met my soul mate....a narcissist!!! Of course!!! I am finally getting HELP!!! I see so many people struggling with this issue!!! I have listened to these podcasts over and over and hear different bits of advise each time. Thank you for sharing your knowledge and experiences to help others!!! 💗 I really do believe it will help many see themselves...maybe for the first time!! I have already shared these podcasts with my therapist and a good friend.

So many good reminders

Thank you for these podcast and please keep doing more! There are so many good reminders and resources. I was having problems thinking "oh I'm done with that" but old behaviors and thoughts were sneaking back in as I was moving forward in my codependent journey and learning new things. These are great for me to listen to going to bed or upon waking as reminders to stay the path and not go back to behavior, thoughts, and people that cause misery!

Co-dependency no more for me!

I discovered I was a co-dependent after being asked to read a book and my first train of thought was what now? (Outside of counseling) I stumbled across this podcast by typing search terms of issues I was facing with such as being addicted to relationships and related to much of the topics on this podcast. This is such a hot unknown topic that I’m glad there is a podcast for!
