Coffee to close
Ive taken the time to listen to each of the podcasts posted and found them to be inspiring and interesting. Im especially jealous of the sound quality because all of my stuff currently is home spun...lol...but seriously, they are long enough to get substance and short enough that I don't hesitate to listen. I like hearing about who we are surrounded by. Im a social person at heart but Im also very shy, so having some knowledge of people as I meet them again makes social gatherings easier and more pleasant. Good work. Thank you.
Voices from a small town, yet universal
I'm enjoying these. Some of the folks I already knew, some I didn't --- but in each case I've learned so much more, about the people and about the community. The conversations have the feel of "sitting across from each other in a coffeehouse" -- and that is appropriate. And the line in #2, something like: "I came to Brisbane with a broken heart," -- oh, yes, who doesn't know that feeling (whether coming to this town or somewhere else entirely). Pour yourself a cup of coffee, or tea --- or for me, hot chocolate --- and have a listen.
