great podcast

Wonderful podcast by wonderful podcast, highly recommend for anyone who wants to follow Hearthstone competetivive scene or just the game's news in general.

Great analysis, friendly hosts, timely information (review updated 3/7/2019)

Been listening to and enjoying Coin Concede since episode 36, but the recent additions of Appa and Hat have prompted the 5 star review.

Great analysis (episode 79 was spot-on), friendly hosts (keep up the positive vibes), and timely information make for a great listen.

Edit 3/7/2019: Downgrading my rating from 5 to 3 stars. Over the past several months, with the exception of a few great episodes (e.g. episode 166), the quality of the content has declined, the episodes have gotten “meme-y” (the puns aren’t even pun-y anymore), and the rotation of guests/hosts has gotten worse (is Edelweiss the best you can do?).

The tournament section has become bloated, and the show overall seems to emphasize quantity over quality. I come away from each episode wondering what, if anything, I learned, and the answer is usually “not much.” I typically wind up skipping entire sections or episodes altogether.

Overall, there are better hearthstone podcasts out there. Coin Concede still has potential, and for new listeners there might be something worth checking out, but for me, I’ll stick to Walk to Work or The Angry Chicken.
