The real deal
Full Disclosure: I met Dan once, maybe 20 years ago when I worked at Walt Disney World. I am an easy sale on anything Disney related. With all of that said, here is why this podcast is a great one, Dan has been where I am now and where I hope to go in my career. Most likely he has been where you are and where you are going in your career.
Listen to Dan talk about employee engagement and manager motivation. Listen to him talk with Jody (the host) about balancing his home and work. This can all apply to you and your career.
I look forward to more content as Dan continues this podcast.
