Your podcast is truly fun and I really like your take on classic and well as contemporary comics, it has turned into a podcast I love listening to with my son. (He really enjoys Jonah, I’m more in Jared’s camp) It sounds like you two are really having fun exploring your local comic shop and the genre in general. Having said that I do have one complaint. I feel like you guys need to up your visual IQ or at least hit us with better descriptions of the art and certain scenes. I am an illustrator and comic artist myself and I feel like you short change us when describing the art. Clearly no writer no book but you have to consider that the artist is the equivalent of the director when it comes to the genre. Could you review The Godfather without considering Coppola and only mentioning Mario Puzo? Just say. Keep up the excellent work. My son and I look forward to your podcast every week.
Not just a couple of guys with a mic but a podcast professionally presented with great content. Jared and Jonah know what they're talking about, are great communicators passionate about comic books and all things comics! Great job guys!
Hey kids, comics!
You like comics and not just from the big two but including the big two? Well what are you waiting for. Give Jared and Jonah a chance to tickle your ears with tales of wonder and excitement and possible world ending catastrophes. Episode has a very well recapped review of my all time favorite Marvel story, The Infinity Gauntlet, so I was all in from episode 1.
